My name is Ali and I started baking in college and ever since have loved it but it was not until recently that I found I had real knack for it. I have a full time job and a tiny kitchen but I have decided, with the help of some inadvertent marketing, to make a go at a part time special events baking company.

Slider Cupcakes

Yesterday was a weird day.
It was my boss's last day.
I have worked with her for almost four years at two different jobs.
She has done so much for me and I am sad to see her go.
BUT she is going to do something great.
So I am happy for her.
There was a theme to her farewell party..... Sliders.
So for the occasion I made cupcakes.


The plain slider.


I added some lettuce and the patty.


Then some tomato and the top bun.



All and all they turned out great!

    These were really cheating cupcakes. They were boxed white and chocolate cake. I didn't have time to make the cakes from scratch.

    I will start posting recipes soon I just have not had much of a chance.
